Most people don't lose in Monopoly Go because they're "bad" at it. They lose because they play on impulse. If you're tempted to chase every pop-up the second you see it, slow down and plan around overlaps, especially if you're saving for something like the Monopoly Go Partners Event for sale and don't want your dice to vanish for a handful of coins. I won't even try to push big milestones...
