I did a chunk of runs on Torment 4 and the vibe was simple: lots of uniques, mostly rings and gloves, enough to get key aspects online fast. You'll notice the ceiling pretty quickly once you start caring about Pit pushes, but for early momentum it does the job.

Armor Hunting Without Burning Out

When you're chasing specific armor slots, Lord Zir and Grigoire are the pair I keep coming back to. Zir is especially nice when you're after stuff like Temerity, because at least you know you're spending time in the right lane. The catch is the setup: you'll be living in Helltides, farming Blood Maidens for Exquisite Blood, and it can get repetitive if you're solo. Grigoire's similar, just with Living Steel as the choke point. Run them in a duo if you can. It cuts the drag, and you'll feel the unique hits often enough that it doesn't turn into pure cope.

The Endgame Loop and the Reality Check

For the real chase, Duriel and Andariel are still the headline bosses. If you want the big class-defining drops, that's where most people land, and you'll probably have a "why am I doing this" moment somewhere around the middle. Stockpiling Shards of Agony and Pincushioned Dolls is the slow part, not the fights. That said, Belial has quietly been the one that feels best for Mythic Uniques this season, especially in a full group where runs stay quick and the mood stays up. When a Mythic finally drops, it's a rush. When it doesn't, it's just another pile of empty mats.

When You Just Want to Play Your Build

Some nights I'm fine with the grind. Other nights, I'm staring at my stash like it personally insulted me, and I'd rather be testing a new setup than doing one more mat loop.
